Discover America Canada’s Mission is to provide a networking forum for the exchange and collaboration of marketing strategies in order to increase awareness of, and build Canadian tourism to the United States.
Discover America Canada’s Vision is to be viewed as the Corporation of private sector and public sector bodies dedicated to enhancing the awareness of travel to the US from Canada.
- Provides a forum within which to discuss travel and tourism topics
- Develops and facilitates the promotion of tourism to the United States
- Provides to members an opportunity to participate in joint public relations and marketing efforts and events
- Comments on proposed or required government legislation and policy
- Serves as a liaison between the United States National Tourism Organization and the US Travel Association on one hand, and members on the other
